This olive oil is flavored with rosemary. You can use it for cooking, to add flavor to bread, or for a salad.

  • 1/2 liters extra virgin olive oil
  • fresh rosemary

  • Separate the rosemary sprigs.
  • Place the oil and rosemary in a small pot. Leave it on the stove but with only the pilot light on. (What you want is not to cook it, just to heat it so that the rosemary releases its aromas)
