Turkey Sauce

  • 30 grams butter
  • 30 grams flour
  • 300 milliliters beef broth, concentrated
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Gradually add the flour, stirring constantly to prevent burning and avoid lumps. Let it cook for a few minutes.
  • Once you have a paste, add the beef broth. Be careful to incorporate it gradually while continuing to stir the mixture; ideally, use a whisk.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Mix and place in a bowl.
