Ingredients

4 servings
  • 30 grams of Butter
  • 30 grams of flour
  • 300 milliliters of beef broth concentrated
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

Preparation

Melt the butter in a pan at medium heat. Gradually add the flour, continuing to move so that it does not burn and do not form lumps. Allow it to cook for a few minutes.

Me gustó mucho, lo usé con puré de papas y quedó muy bien, solo una que a mí no me quedo tan café, quedó más bien como beige

duda.. aunque la recomendación alternativa dice que en ves de res utilice caldo de pollo....mi duda es, por qué se llama salsa de pavo, si ni siquiera utiliza esa proteína??
