1/2 teaspoons mustard seed
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 teaspoons cider vinegar
1/2 cloves garlic
200 milliliters vegetable oil
salt

In a blender, mix the soy milk, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, and garlic.
Slowly add the oil into the blender. When finished, it should have a thick consistency.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place it in the refrigerator until you need it.
