Homemade Herb Vinaigrette

This fresh herb vinaigrette is delicious to pair with any salad.

  • 1/4 cups red wine
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • pepper
  • 1/3 cups parsley, minced dill, basil, chives, oregano and coriander

  • In a small pot, mix the red wine and olive oil.
  • Then add the minced shallot, garlic and fresh herbs.
  • Add the 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste.
