1/4 cups red wine
1 tablespoon shallot, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3/4 cups olive oil
1/2 teaspoons salt
pepper
1/3 cups parsley, minced dill, basil, chives, oregano and coriander

In a small pot, mix the red wine and olive oil.
Then add the minced shallot, garlic and fresh herbs.
Add the 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste.
