Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/4 cups Red wine
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • black pepper
  • 1/3 cups parsley, dill, basil, chives, oregano and minced coriander

Preparation

In a small pot mix the red wine and the olive oil.
Then add the chopped shallot, garlic and fresh herbs.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste.
