Jalapeño Green Sauce

  • water, hot to cook the tomatillos
  • 4 tomatillos, without skin
  • 2 cloves garlic, without skin
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 can Jalapeño chile, 440 g
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 4 pepper
  • avocado, cubes, for serving
  • cilantro, only leaves, for decoration

  • Boil water in a small pot over medium heat and cook the tomatillos for 6 minutes or until they change color. Drain.
  • Blend the tomatillos along with the garlic clove, onion, can of jalapeño peppers, sour cream, coarse salt, and pepper. Blend until creamy sauce is obtained.
  • Serve the jalapeño green sauce, add avocado cubes and cilantro leaves. Accompany with tortilla chips.
