Ingredients: water, hot to cook the tomatillos; 4 tomatillos, without skin; 2 cloves garlic, without skin; 1/4 onions; 1 can Jalapeño chile, 440 g; 1/2 cups sour cream; 1 teaspoon coarse salt; 4 pepper; avocado, cubes, for serving; cilantro, only leaves, for decoration

Boil water in a small pot over medium heat and cook the tomatillos for 6 minutes or until they change color. Drain. Blend the tomatillos along with the garlic clove, onion, can of jalapeño peppers, sour cream, coarse salt, and pepper. Blend until creamy sauce is obtained.
