600 grams sugar
1 stick cinnamon
1 sheath vanilla essence
1 glass water

Wash the apples.
Boil the peeled and cored apples with the water.
Once well cooked and they have released their flavors and aromas, add the rest of the ingredients and mash the apples to give consistency to the jam.
Let it cool and jar it.
