  • 3 kilos apple
  • 600 grams sugar
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 sheath vanilla essence
  • 1 glass water

  • Wash the apples.
  • Boil the apples without peel or bone with the water.
  • Once it is well cooked and have released the flavors and aromas, incorporate the rest of the ingredients and crush the apples to give consistency to the jam.
  • Allow to cool and pack.
