  • 3 kilos apple
  • 600 grams sugar
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 sheath vanilla essence
  • 1 glass water

  • Wash the apples.
  • Boil the peeled and cored apples with the water.
  • Once well cooked and they have released their flavors and aromas, add the rest of the ingredients and mash the apples to give consistency to the jam.
  • Let it cool and jar it.
