Ingredients

15 portions
  • 3 kilos apple
  • 600 grams sugar
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 1 sheath liquid vanilla
  • 1 glass Water

Preparation

Wash the apples.
Boil the apples without peel or bone with the water.
Once it is well cooked and have released the flavors and aromas, incorporate the rest of the ingredients and crush the apples to give consistency to the jam.
Allow to cool and pack.
