1 cup orange juice, fresh
1 cup sugar, granulated
750 grams strawberries, stemless, halved
300 grams blackberries
200 grams blueberries
300 grams raspberries
4 teaspoons lime juice, fresh
1/4 teaspoons salt

In a large pot over medium heat, pour the orange juice, add the sugar and mix until dissolved.
Add the fruit in this order: strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
Add the lemon juice and salt; mix and remove from heat. Fill with the fruit leaving a space of 2.5 cm and seal.
Follow the sterilization instructions for your Olla de Presión Express® for jars and lids before and after filling.
If desired, you can serve with vanilla ice cream.
