Lemon marmalade

Try this delicious and original jam, it is really delicious, do not miss it.

  • 5 kilos lime
  • 1 kilo sugar
  • 1 sheath vanilla essence
  • 5 lemons, zest
  • 1 glass water

  • Wash the lemons and limes.
  • Peeling the files and removing the pure pulp, without the white, should remain as supreme.
  • Remove the peel from the 5 lemons, taking care that the white does not go and cut them into strips.
  • To put in a pot to the fire the supreme ones of lime with the strips of the lemon peel, with the vanilla and the sugar.
  • Add well until the mixture is viscous and continue in the fire until it releases its aromas.
  • Allow to cool and pack.
