5 kilos lime
1 kilo sugar
1 sheath vanilla essence
5 lemons, zest
1 glass water

Wash the lemons and limes.
Peeling the files and removing the pure pulp, without the white, should remain as supreme.
Remove the peel from the 5 lemons, taking care that the white does not go and cut them into strips.
To put in a pot to the fire the supreme ones of lime with the strips of the lemon peel, with the vanilla and the sugar.
Add well until the mixture is viscous and continue in the fire until it releases its aromas.
Allow to cool and pack.
