Orange Marmalade

  • 5 kilos orange
  • 1 kilo sugar
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 sheath vanilla essence
  • 5 oranges, Zest
  • 1 glass water

  • Wash the oranges.
  • Peel the oranges and remove the pure pulp, without the white part, it should remain as supremes.
  • Remove the peel from 5 oranges, ensuring no white part is included, and cut them into strips.
  • Put the orange supremes in a pot over heat with the strips of orange, cinnamon, and sugar.
  • Once it is well cooked and the flavors and aromas have been released, add the vanilla pod and continue over heat until it releases its aromas.
  • Let it cool and jar it.
