1 kilo sugar
1 stick cinnamon
1 sheath vanilla essence
5 oranges, Zest

Wash the oranges.
Peel the oranges and remove the pure pulp, without the white part, it should remain as supremes.
Remove the peel from 5 oranges, ensuring no white part is included, and cut them into strips.
Put the orange supremes in a pot over heat with the strips of orange, cinnamon, and sugar.
Once it is well cooked and the flavors and aromas have been released, add the vanilla pod and continue over heat until it releases its aromas.
Let it cool and jar it.
