1 1/2 kilos peach
1 kilo sugar
1 cup water
1 stick cinnamon

Peel the peaches, remove the pit, cut them into quarters, and place them in a container in layers, alternating with the sugar.
Then, let them macerate for 1 hour and cook over high heat for 10 minutes. Add the water and cinnamon.
Next, continue cooking over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon when it starts to thicken.
When it thickens, leave it on the heat for 10 more minutes and remove from heat. Let cool and serve.
