3 kilos pear
600 grams sugar
1 stick cinnamon
1 sheath vanilla essence
1 glass water

Wash the pears.
Boil the pears without peel or bone with the water.
Once it is well cooked and have released the flavors and aromas, add the rest of the ingredients and crush the pears to give consistency to the jam.
Allow to cool and pack.
