600 grams sugar
1 stick cinnamon
1 sheath vanilla essence
1 glass water

Wash the pears.
Boil the pears without skin or seeds with the water.
Once well cooked and they have released their flavors and aromas, add the rest of the ingredients and mash the pears to give consistency to the jam.
Let cool and jar.
