Raspberry Jam

A delicious raspberry jam to enjoy with toasted bread or whatever you like the most, give it a try, you will love it.

  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • Wash the raspberries very well and cut them in half.
  • In a saucepan, put the raspberries, lemon juice, and sugar. Heat over low heat, stirring to prevent burning.
  • Bring to a boil and continue stirring until all the sugar has dissolved. Keep boiling for another 30 minutes.
  • When the jam is ready, it should be slightly translucent.
  • Turn off the heat and continue stirring every 10 minutes until it cools. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
