1 kilo sugar
1 stick cinnamon

Wash the tomatoes.
Peel the tomatoes into quarters and place them in a pot over medium heat along with the water, sugar, and cinnamon.
Mix well and mash the tomatoes until the mixture is viscous, and continue cooking until it releases its aromas.
Let cool and jar.
