  • 5 kilos tomato
  • 1 kilo sugar
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 glass water

  • Wash the tomatoes.
  • Peel the tomatoes into quarters and place them in a pot over medium heat along with the water, sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Mix well and mash the tomatoes until the mixture is viscous, and continue cooking until it releases its aromas.
  • Let cool and jar.
