Preparation
Wash the tomatoes.
Peel the tomatoes in four and in a pot over medium heat put together with water, sugar and cinnamon.
Incorporate well and crush the tomatoes until the mixture is viscous and continue on the fire until it releases its aromas.
Allow to cool and pack.
