8 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Pour the wine into a saucepan and let the alcohol evaporate, then add the jamaica concentrate, sugar, corn syrup, and cook for 10 minutes.
Then dissolve the cornstarch in water and pour it into the sauce, letting it simmer over medium heat for a while until a light syrup forms.
