Kiwi sauce

A different sweet sauce. Prepare based on kiwi, lemon juice, onions, apple cider vinegar and butter.

2 tablespoons onion, chopped
2 cups kiwi, in cubes
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
1/2 ounces lime juice
1/2 cups water
1 clove garlic

In a saucepan melt the butter, add the onion, garlic and let cook until they are crisp.
Add the kiwi in cubes, the vinegar, the sugar and let cook until the sugar dissolves perfectly.
Add the raisins, season with chili powder, ginger and finally add the water.
Raise the flame, mix constantly and rectify seasoning with water and salt.
Leave on heat until the kiwi breaks down and thicken a little. Serve in a sauceboat.
