Chutney is a typical Indian sauce used as a side for many dishes like curry. This mango chutney is made with different spices and a little bit of apple and raisins.
Put all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil, once it starts boiling, lower the heat, cover the pot and let it simmer for 30 minutes. (If you prefer it sweeter, you can add 1/2 cup of regular sugar). Pour it hot into sterilized jars and store.
