The chutney is a typical Indian sauce as an accompaniment to many dishes such as curry. This mango chutney is prepared with different species and with a little apple and raisins.

Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and put to boil, once it is boiling, lower the heat, cover the pan and leave for 30 minutes. (If you prefer more sweet you can add 1/2 cup of normal sugar). It gets hot in sterilized jars and stored.
