2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
1/4 tablespoons ginger powder
2 cups mango, in cubes
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
60 grams raisins
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon piquín chile
1/2 cups water

In a saucepan melt the butter, add the onion, garlic and let cook until they are crisp.
Add the mango in cubes, the vinegar, the sugar and let cook until the sugar dissolves perfectly.
Add the raisins, season with chili powder, ginger and finally add the water.
Raise the flame, mix constantly and rectify seasoning with water and salt.
Leave on heat until the mango is broken and thicken a little. Serve in a sauceboat.
