Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of onion chopped
  • 1/4 of tablespoon of ground ginger
  • 2 cups of mango in cubes
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of Apple vinager
  • 60 grams of raisin
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of pequin pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of Water

    Preparation

    In a saucepan melt the butter, add the onion, garlic and let cook until they are crisp.
    Add the mango in cubes, the vinegar, the sugar and let cook until the sugar dissolves perfectly.
    Add the raisins, season with chili powder, ginger and finally add the water.
    Raise the flame, mix constantly and rectify seasoning with water and salt.
    Leave on heat until the mango is broken and thicken a little. Serve in a sauceboat.
