Bolognese Sauce

A Bolognese sauce is irresistible to serve with pasta; both kids and adults love it, and the best part is that it is very easy to prepare.

  • Heat a pan, add the meat, onion, garlic, and carrot. Cook until the meat is almost done.
  • Add oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the canned tomatoes and tomato puree. Let it boil.
  • Cover and simmer on low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. After that time, the sauce will be thick.
  • Serve the sauce over delicious spaghetti.
