1 pound ground meat
1 cup onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 carrot, finely chopped
1 tablespoon oregano
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoons oregano
1 cup dry white wine
750 grams tomato
garlic
1 can tomato purée
1 can canned tomato, crushed

Heat a pan, add the meat, onion, garlic, and carrot. Cook until the meat is almost done.
Add oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the canned tomatoes and tomato puree. Let it boil.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. After that time, the sauce will be thick.
Serve the sauce over delicious spaghetti.
