2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
2 cups dry red wine
1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups chicken broth, without salt
2 tablespoons butter
salt

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the butter along with the onion until golden brown, about 6 minutes.
Add the red wine, rosemary, and honey until it boils and reduces by about two-thirds, for 10 minutes.
Finally, add the chicken broth and let it boil until reduced for another minute.
Add the butter, salt, and pepper
