In a skillet, heat the oil and fry the chiles for 4-5 minutes until toasted. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel. Once cool, crumble them with your hands.
In the skillet with the oil, fry the tomatoes and garlic for 5 minutes and remove. Add the onion and fry as well.
Blend all the ingredients except the beer and orange, adding a little water if needed.
Pour the mixture into the hot skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a gravy boat and add the juice of half an orange and the beer.
