6 guajillo chiles
2 cloves garlic

Slice the mangos with the skin on and brown in lard.
Roast the guajillo chiles on a griddle, remove the seeds, and soften in 1 1/2 cups of hot water. Blend the chiles with garlic and salt to taste.
Add the sauce to the fried mangos, season, and let simmer for 15 minutes.
Garnish with the slices of guajillo chile. Serve.
