Mango chili is an ideal recipe to accompany grilled meat or fish, grilled or baked. It is delicious and gives an exquisite flavor to all your dishes.

1/2 cups lard
6 guajillo chiles
2 cloves garlic
salt, to taste
guajillo chiles, sliced to decorate

Slice the mangoes with the peel and brown in the butter.
Roast the guajillo chile on the comal, remove the seeds and soften in 1 1/2 cups of hot water. Grind the chiles with the garlic and salt to taste.
Add the sauce to the fried mangoes, season and simmer for 15 minutes.
Garnish with the guajillo chile slices. To serve.
