Preparation
Slice the mangoes with the peel and brown in the butter.
Roast the guajillo chile on the comal, remove the seeds and soften in 1 1/2 cups of hot water. Grind the chiles with the garlic and salt to taste.
Add the sauce to the fried mangoes, season and simmer for 15 minutes.
Garnish with the guajillo chile slices. To serve.
