1 red onion
2 Habanero chiles, Roasted
1/4 cups lime juice
1/4 cups orange juice
1 tablespoon oregano
salt
pepper
cochinita pibil, to accompany

Slice the onion into half-moons with a knife. Place in a bowl and set aside.
Finely chop the habanero peppers and add to the bowl. Set aside.
Pour the lime juice, orange juice, and oregano into the same bowl. Season with salt and pepper and let sit for 30 minutes.
Serve the sauce and pair it with cochinita.
