100 grams chicken breast , shredded and cooked
4 corn tortillas
200 grams Manchego cheese, grated
250 milliliters mole sauce
cream , necessary amount

Sauté the mole.
Fry the tortillas for two minutes, once fried, fill them with the chicken and roll them up.
Place the tacos in a baking dish and pour the mole over them, add cream and grated manchego cheese on top and bake the dish until golden.
