4 corn tortillas
200 grams Manchego cheese, grated
250 milliliters mole sauce
sour cream, necessary amount

Fry the mole.
Fry the tortillas for two minutes, when fried, fill them with chicken and roll them up.
Place the tacos in a mold and pour the mole, place the cream and grated manchego cheese on top and bake the dish until it is au gratin.
