2 serrano chiles, chopped
1/2 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
vegetable oil

fresh cilantro, chopped

Put the tomatoes in a skillet, add the chiles. Let them cook until done.
Blend the tomatoes along with the chiles, add the garlic and chopped onion, mix well.
Add a little cilantro and mix well with the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and add a splash of olive oil.
