Wash the tomatoes, onion, and chili; once clean, chop the onion, tomatoes, and chili finely on a cutting board. Set aside.
In a skillet, place the oil and when it is hot enough, add everything from step 1, add a pinch of salt (to taste), mix and let sauté for 3 min., avoiding over-mashing the tomato.
Add Maggi sauce, I like it a little, just enough for the mixture to take on a dark tone. Let cook for 2 more min. and serve.
