Mexican Sauce

Well, my husband loves a little sauce to accompany his fish fillet, this is the one he especially likes me to prepare. It has a rich flavor and is spicy, giving your fillet the final touch. Try this delicious Mexican sauce recipe.

  • 1/2 kilos tomatillo 1/2 kilos tomatillo
  • 1/2 onions, (if the onion is large) 1/2 onions, (if the onion is large)
  • 1 chile, jalapeño
  • Maggi seasoning sauce
  •  salt  salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, (your preference) 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, (your preference)

  • Wash the tomatoes, onion, and chili; once clean, chop the onion, tomatoes, and chili finely on a cutting board. Set aside.
  • In a skillet, place the oil and when it is hot enough, add everything from step 1, add a pinch of salt (to taste), mix and let sauté for 3 min., avoiding over-mashing the tomato.
  • Add Maggi sauce, I like it a little, just enough for the mixture to take on a dark tone. Let cook for 2 more min. and serve.
