  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 kilos red tomato
  • 3 chiles, of roasted water
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • fresh cilantro, to taste
  • salt , to taste

  • In the chirmolera (mortar), grind the garlic, salt, and tomato, roast the chiles in thin strips, and add to the sauce with chopped onion. Add salt and cilantro. Serve.
