100 grams tomato, chopped red peppers
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 onions, chopped
1/2 tablespoons salt
1/4 tablespoons pepper

Start by cleaning and deveining the chiles.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chiles, garlic, and onion for 8 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
Add the tomatoes, water, and spices, and let the chiles boil for 10 minutes.
Blend the sauce and serve.
