Preparation
Start by cleaning and deveining the chiles.
In a hot pan, olive oil over medium heat and brown the peppers, garlic and onion for 8 minutes. Moving constantly to prevent them from burning.
Add the tomatoes, water and spices and allow the chiles to boil for 10 minutes.
Blend the sauce and serve.
