  • 4 tomatoes

  • 1 ale beer

  • Place the tomatoes in a skillet. After 5-10 minutes, add the garlic cloves, chiles, and the onion (cut in half). Let them cook until done.
  • When everything is cooked, add the beer and cilantro, and cook over low heat until the beer has completely reduced. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. In a molcajete, make the salsa. Remember to scrape well with the edges of the molcajete to get the flavor from the stone.
