4 guajillo chiles

1/2 red onions
1 bunch fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons olive oil
garlic, to taste
chicken consommé
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste

Boil the tomatoes, chiles, and onion.
Blend the tomatoes, chiles, and onion without water.
Add the cilantro (uncooked) and continue blending.
Sauté the sauce, adding salt and pepper to taste.
