  • 1 1/4 cups dried árbol chile
  • 1/3 cups piquín chile, dry
  • 12 garlic, cloves
  • 2/3 cups olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon

  • Clean the dried chiles by removing their stems.
  • Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
  • Heat half of the oil in a pan and fry the chiles until they are lightly browned without burning. Set aside separately.
  • Heat the remaining oil and fry the garlic until golden without burning.
  • Blend the ingredients together with Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth and serve.
