  • 100 grams onion
  • 4 tomatillos
  • 15 chile piquín
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • Finely chop the onion, the tomato, and grind the piquin chili perfectly.
  • In a preheated skillet, pour a little oil, add the onion and cook until it is nicely browned, then add the tomato, wait for it to break down, add the piquin chili, and finally a pinch of salt, mix and serve.
