Red Mexican sauce

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of onion
  • 4 pieces of tomato
  • 15 pieces of chili pepper
  • to taste of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of oil

    Preparation

    Finely chop the onion, tomato and grind perfectly the chili pepper.
    In a preheated pan pour a little oil, empty the onion and cook until golden brown, then add the tomato, wait for it to dissolve, add the piquin chili and finally a pinch of salt mix and serve.

    TIPS

    You can add 3 tablespoons of water, to make it less thick.
