A delicious peanut sauce that, although not as quick to make as any other sauce, is very tasty and mildly spicy.

1 cup peanuts
100 grams dried árbol chile
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon vinegar
vegetable oil, the necessary
salt, and pepper to taste

Pour a little oil into a pan over medium heat, add the chiles without the stems, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
When they turn golden, add the peanuts and garlic, and continue stirring for three more minutes to avoid burning.
Place this mixture in the processor and add salt and pepper, vinegar, and the necessary water to form a slightly thick sauce.
