150 grams couverture chocolate
50 grams unsweetened cocoa powder, bitter
130 grams sugar
1/4 liters cow's milk
1/4 liters water

Chop the chocolate and put it in a pot along with the cocoa and sugar.
Add milk and water stirring to avoid lumps.
Bring to a gentle heat, stirring constantly with wooden spoon, until forming a sauce.
