This Butter Cream recipe is what you need to prepare it at home if you don't live in the United States and other countries that commercialize it; it is used for making Hot Cakes, Waffles, and some Cakes and Cupcakes.

1 cup liquid whipping cream, or cream
3 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 pinch salt

First, we add the Liquid Cream or Heavy Cream and the Lemon Juice.
With a fork, beat until it thickens; once you achieve that consistency that makes it harder to beat, add the Vinegar and a pinch of salt.
Continue beating for 3 to 4 minutes or until it reaches a creamy consistency again, not liquid.
