Ingredients

  • 1 cup liquid cream, or milk cream
  • 3 teaspoons yellow lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

First add the liquid cream or milk cream and lemon juice
With the fork beat until thick, once you achieve that consistency with which you have more trouble beating, add the vinegar and a pinch of salt.
Continue beating for 3 to 4 minutes or until it reaches a creamy, non-liquid consistency again.

TIPS

Stored in a sealed container, it can last up to a week, you can also freeze it if you want to use it another time.
