Coffee Sauce

You can use coffee sauce for baked chicken or for a dessert that you want to drizzle with a delicious sauce.

  • 1/2 cups espresso coffee
  • 40 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 shot aged rum

  • Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat.
  • Mix sugar with cinnamon and add it to the butter, then pour in the coffee.
  • Let it cook for about 3 to 5 more minutes.
  • Pour the rum into the skillet and tilt it to the side to flambé the mixture. Once the flames go out, it will be ready to serve.
