You can use coffee sauce for baked chicken or for a dessert that you want to drizzle with a delicious sauce.

1/2 cups espresso coffee
40 grams butter
2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
1/4 cups sugar
1 shot aged rum

Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat.
Mix sugar with cinnamon and add it to the butter, then pour in the coffee.
Let it cook for about 3 to 5 more minutes.
Pour the rum into the skillet and tilt it to the side to flambé the mixture. Once the flames go out, it will be ready to serve.
