Preparation
Heat the butter in a pan over low heat.
Mix sugar with cinnamon and put on butter, then add coffee.
It is left approximately 3 to 5 minutes more.
Pour the rum into the pan and lean on its side to be able to flame the mixture. As soon as the flames are extinguished, they will be ready to serve.
