Raspberry Jelly

This raspberry jelly is a versatile option to accompany desserts, as well as pastries in general. It is very easy to prepare and adds a tangy touch to all the recipes you combine it with.

  • 1 kilo raspberries
  • 200 grams water
  • 600 grams sugar
  • 1 lemon, only the juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1/4 tablespoons salt, from the Himalayas

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the raspberries, sugar, and water.
  • Stir constantly for 45 minutes or until most of the water has evaporated and the sauce is thick.
  • Then, turn off the heat and squeeze in lemon juice.
  • Add the tablespoon of honey, salt, and mix very well.
