1 kilo raspberries
200 grams water
600 grams sugar
1 lemon, only the juice
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1/4 tablespoons salt, from the Himalayas

In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the raspberries, sugar, and water.
Stir constantly for 45 minutes or until most of the water has evaporated and the sauce is thick.
Then, turn off the heat and squeeze in lemon juice.
Add the tablespoon of honey, salt, and mix very well.
