This recipe for making a spicy tamarind sauce can be added to some caught shrimp or even chicken.

1 clove garlic
1/4 red onions, spicy
2 cups tamarind pulp
1 chipotle chile
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch salt

Heat a little oil, add garlic, onion, and the tamarind pulp.
Let the pulp soften.
Lower the heat, let it reduce, add the Adobo Chipotle Pepper, a pinch of salt, pepper, and sugar.
Transfer to your blender, mix well, and let it thicken.
