Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 red onions, chopped
  • 2 cups tamarind pulp
  • 1 chipotle chili
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Heat a little oil, add garlic, onion and tamarind pulp.
Let the pulp soften.
Lower the heat, let reduce, add the Chile Chipotle Adobado, a touch of salt, pepper and sugar.
Go to your blender, mix well and let it thicken.
